Cauliflower
Cauliflower is generally a harder vegetable to grow than its similar plant variety, broccoli, however it does taste great. You will have to work hard to keep the bags away just like broccoli. Coooking is straight forward, one of the most popular dishes being cheese coated cauliflower. Simply boil the cauli, and grill it with cheese or cheese sauce on top. Easy!
