Rhubarb
If you want another dessert plant for your vegetable patch, you can't go past Rhubarb. Rhubarb plants are easy to grow, just plant them and leave them and they will generally take care of themselves. Rhubarb stalks are used in desserts and are very good for you. They actually contain a poison which is fine in small doses. Just don't eat the leaves or you might get sick.
