Silverbeet is one of those plants you just leave in the ground all year round and go pick some when you have run out of vegetables that evening.
Spinach is great for vegetarian dishes and is one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat. Remember Poppey the Sailor Man who could eat a can of spinach and then immediately exhibit super human strength? Maybe it is not such a myth after all.
